How We Calculate Your Score
Your relative strength score is calculated based on global data of lifters with similar age, gender, and bodyweight.
Relative Strength = (Estimated 1RM) / Bodyweight
For reps, we estimate your 1-rep max using:
1RM = Weight Lifted × (1 + (Reps / 30))
We then compare your score with data from lifters worldwide to determine what percentile you fall into.
